After serving his country in Vietnam as a U.S. Marine M60 machine gunner, Bil attained a degree in Business Administration from UW-Oshkosh in 1975. He spent 9 years in the wine business before returning to Oshkosh and starting his Real Estate career.  Bil is a longstanding member of the Oshkosh southwest Rotary and is active in community service delivering meals on wheels, a volunteer mediator for Winnebago county, and has sponsored over 20 youth athletic teams.
